Booking policy

• Consultations: $25, which comes off your first treatment — or is refunded if you decide not to go ahead.
• Skin treatments under [THRESHOLD]: $25.
• Skin treatments from [THRESHOLD], and the Fire & Ice facial: $50.
• Tattoo removal: $50.
• Fade Skin Club members: no deposit.

Life happens. You can reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. Inside 24 hours, the deposit is held — not out of punishment, but because that time was set aside for you.

If you miss an appointment without letting me know, the deposit is forfeited. If something unexpected happened, just call — I'm a person, not a policy.

Every first visit includes a health form, which I review before we begin. Some medications and conditions mean we wait or adjust the plan — that's about keeping your skin safe, not turning you away.
