Your information is yours. This page explains, in plain language, what I collect, why, and how it's protected — in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What I collect
- Contact details — your name, email and phone number — so I can book and confirm your appointments.
- Health information you share on your health form, used only to treat you safely.
- Photos of your tattoo or skin, only with your written consent, and only for your treatment record unless you agree to more.
How it's used
Your information is used to book appointments, plan and record your treatments, and — only with your consent — send you reminders and follow-ups by email or text. I never sell or share your information for marketing.
Your choices
You can withdraw consent to messages at any time by replying to any email or text, or by contacting me directly. You can also ask to see or correct the information I hold about you.
